Winning in life, winning in sport (WIN-WIN)
The aim of the project is to create complete kit for dual career support for universities:
1. Research report on developed soft skills through sport, basic principles of healthy nutrition combined with sports and other tips for dual career.
2. Evaluation framework to determine skills gained through sports training and competitions.
3. An open online course “21st century skills gained through sports training and competitions with integrated basic principles of healthy nutrition combined with sports and other tips for dual career”, which can be used as part C course in Higher education institutions;
4. 6 video tutorials from students with practical tips on the most important know-who of sports dual career 5. Guidelines on how to implement this study course in the university;
6. Handbook on how university can use dual career as promotional tool to attract new students and promotional games.
7. Produced 1 policy recommendation on special pensions scheme for professional athletes
8. Organized 6 seminars with sports policy stakeholders on special pensions scheme;
9. Produced 1 open access scientific paper.

Italian Basketball Federation (Italy) will support project for results dissemination and in the development of policy recommendations.
There are also dissemination activities for institutions outside the consortium (schools and universities). Activities carried out under the project also are correlated with the work of the EU Work Plan for Sport (2021-2024) "Promoting education in and through sport" specific priority "Encouraging dual career of athletes". Project will start at January of 2025 and will last 24 months.
